I was able to enter everything easily and going back through the process was relatively easy.
Sometimes having to revise something can be most difficult. I found the H&R software did well
to accommodate this.

Software good, but IRS does not want me to e-file.

It was relatively straight forward to use. My only issue is that the IRS would not accept the e-file, because the AGI from the previous year did not match. I called the hotline and the IRS verified that I had correct figure, but my return was still being rejected. This is the second year in a row that I have not been able to e- file and submitted a paper return.

The software doesn't provide the needed information and guidance to submit state nor federal tax returns via electronic submission. I was rejected 3 times until I had to go irs and state site to get the right information to submit
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
