Better integration between Federal & State needed

Sharing of data between Federal and multiple state programs should be improved, i.e. driver license information.
Having 2021 estimated tax documents included with the printing/filing of 2020 tax return is ridiculous and causes an error message.

Less than happy with the product. Top version of software does has quite a few areas that are not well supported or integrated. On line support or chat was less than inspiring.
Overall cheaper than turbo tax and tax act, but you get what you pay for.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The IRS filing was rejected with no reason provided. The state tax burden calculation is far too high. Need to manually review every document and mail in a return. What was the point?

I would recommend HR Block software. But don't let them do your taxes for you unless you pay extra for them to promise to di them right. Otherwise they make stupid mistakes that the software would never let you make!
