HRB walks me through each painful step of the tax process. Sometimes navigation is a bit of a challenge but the help function gets me through it well

Pretty Easy To Use but there are errors in Schedule A that have been there for YEARS and go uncorrected. It has a 5 Federal e-file upload capacity, but who really needs that many. I refuse to pay to send in state. They should drop 2 federal filings and add free state to the package. Calculations seem to be good. Each year pulls certain data from the previous year to reduce the need to retype info.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Easy to use. By clicking whatever applies to you, the next screen lets you enter your details (numbers). The hardest part about doing your own taxes is gathering your information. If you cannot finish and have to exit, it’s easy to save and return. I’ve been using this program for many years. Each new tax season the program will import the last year’s data. Never pay an accountant again. It’s affordable.

Install PDF995 didn't work

Waste of time. If the IRS requires pdf attachments, then the user should be able to use already installed PDF software from their computer. Went through the process and it never worked. Ended up filing by paper
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
