HR needs to develop software for retirees

I only utilized about 10% of the software's features. I would like to see a more simplified program for retirees with income under %250K
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

My filed return was rejected by the IRS, probably because of the loss claim from the winter freeze in Houston. What's the saying "insult on top of injury"?. I used your product for years, with satisfaction, but this time you let me down. I guess "deluxe" is not equivalent to "a bit more complicated".
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had some minor problems downloading the software from the internet, however I prefer to have a disk. What is the reason you stopped offering a disk while turbo tax still offers a disk?
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

Works but with significant limitations

I've used H&R Block for years, but the software has some serious limitations. For example, the software doesn't know that the contribution limits for a 401k and 457b are different so it counts any contribution over the single account limit as income unless you change some not so clear settings. This has been an issue in the software for over 5 years!!
I'll be switching to Turbotax next year.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had a lot of trouble with Alabama state form, especially with data verification and accuracy review. The software did not easily guide me in what next steps to do in order to resolve my problem. Will likely buy the other guys product next year.

I have used this product now for several years and overal i do like it, but the format and font size is way to small. when i adjust the font size, half the page is not visable. some of the categories are confusing as well for retired income and capital losses as well, otherwise great product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
