Pretty good, but I had one big issue.

1. Getting through on the phone for help is very tedious.
2. I had issues with getting my 1099-MISC form accepted. Took many trial attempts.

Got my money’s worth

I am a repeat customer. The software is easy to use and retains pertinent data to repopulate fields, which is a major time saver. The only problem was waiting for the last update

I've been using H&R Block for a lot of years. Never had so many problems as I did this year. Sitting here try to file and still after all the problems are fixed one more comes up. Love you guys but this year makes me wonder.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have been using H&R Block tax software for several years. I have never had a problem with the software, and there are people available by phone to clarify when necessary.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in delay until 2/17 to submit

It was over 2 weeks after theIRS began accepting returns until the software was updated to allow submission of my return. Of all things to delay, the SSA form was delayed. the other deal of 2 weeks is my refund.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!
