Poor State help

NY State forms are very confusing. I spent more than 3 hours on hold on the phone listening to music and never got to talk to anyone who could help. Spent hours trying to figure it out myself!
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very easy to complete forms and file. I received my refund by deposit to my account in record time.

Bad verification of 1099-R form prevented e-file

I have always received 1099-R forms with the section 16 blank. This year TC would not let me e-file with it blank.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have used this program for years. It is so easy to use. It just keeps getting easier and faster. Information imported from previous years and from employer data gets results in minutes. In the time I started this review the IRS accepted my return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Loved everything about the software other than trying to get help. It says to click the button at the bottom of the help page, there is not a button there. The virtual help is useless.
