Virtual Help Center Stinks

I got a notice that the IRS rejected my return, when I try to see why they rejected it nothing happens. I tried to ask the virtual help center for assistance I get no help. It asked for a code, I put a code in that was on the notice and it continues to ask for a code, I ask where to get the correct code, it responds to put the code in. Virtual Help Center does not work.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

state tax rejected

After submitting my federal taxes the program would not allow me to mail my state returns so I Had to pay the fee to e file my state taxes then it was rejected and then they wanted another fee to file it thru them again. NO WAY!! I object to paying to file my taxes to start with and then Having to pay a second time for the services is not only agenda. You can keep your product. I will not advise anyone to buy this product especially when it did not deliver on the product. Services were not rederdered.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Glitch in the software!!!

So far today I’ve received 10 emails stating my federal & state returns have been submitted AND 10 emails stating my federal and state returns have been received!! Some of the time stamps show the accepted time is BEFORE the times they were submitted!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used h&r block for several years. what I feel is a great feature is that I can always have expert help if needed.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I submitted my return electronically and you've been emailing me the same two status messages over and over again every 20 minutes. STOP IT!

Easy to use!

This software was easy to use but since I use it every year it was even easier because they transfer the data over from the previous years return and cuts out a lot of the typing. I had a glitch this year because the IRS wouldn't accept it at first but when I submitted it the following day it went right through.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
