I've used H&R block Deluxe with state software for years but this year the program had several glitches in it. The one that is still plaguing me is I've received over 40 emails stating "You've submitted your 2021 Federal return" & "Your Federal return was accepted". These emails are still being sent to me and its been 2 days!!!

clear instruction to use HR deluxe 2021

cheaper and easier to use, but
1) very hard to print some selective pages by this HR owner software
2)cant disable email notification it keep sending me 30+ auto emails no way to stop!!! unless uninstall

Cons: Time consuming

Ignoring constant email alerts

I have used this product for years, but this year, there is a problem with there email alerts. I have received over 100 email alerts stating that my returns have been accepted and I’m still getting them. I have no idea how to stop them.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nothing wrong with the product, but I've gotten over 100 e-mails letting me know that my taxes were submitted/approved since filing yesterday. That glitch is driving me crazy.

Multiple Confirmation Emails

I submitted my return yesterday and since then have been receiving emails every 30 minutes to tell me I submitted my return and it was accepted. I got the message - STOP sending the emails. Have you been hacked?

Nagging Repetitve E-Mails

Why do I keep getting repetitive (several per hour) E-mails that I submitted my return and also that my return was accepted? Enough already!
