Did not correctly interpret stock option sales downloaded from Etrade account.
Cons: Hard to import documents

I have no complaints about the HRB software BUT ... THIS year, I tried to load it using Internet Eplorer 11 and it would not load despite the fact that the instructions said it would.
I had to load Edge in order for it to work. You need to change the "works with" instructions on the container.

Never disappointed

I realized that being the age of 73 and in the state of Georgia that we have no income tax to pay because all our funding/pension come from Alaska. So next year I will just mail in my return because there won't be a return of any kind.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Great that prior year’s info is transferred. Easy to use. Never had a problem. Easy to file and track refund. Tried other software and I like this one the best.

New Problems This Year

I have always purchased the CD but this year I tried downloading the software. Didn't work well and had to call for help and another download of software. I sole a hone and moved to another state. The help for these were not available until further in the return, after I completed hours of work surcharging past home improvements which were not needed. Other problems were not clearly available and after a 92 minute wait on a help call I was disconnected when the agent put me on hold. The follow up proved to be useless so I have to go to a company to file..
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
