I've used this program for many years and have been completely satisfied. This year I inherited property and found the program to be lacking and the "help" chat feature inadequate.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Software did it's job figuring out my taxes.One annoying glitch it had was it would enter a double 6 when I just pressed 6 once, about 50% or so of the time.After I figured out why I was getting errant numbers I could watch it happen..I didn't catch it signing my state form and it was rejected because of this issue.Easy enough to resend,but very annoying entering figures.

Easy to use poor transition to the pay taxes porta

Easy down load, easy to understand and use. The transition to pay your taxes portal is difficult. I had to ask the program to help me find that portal. Seems like it would launch you to that area. Will buy it again next year.

Cons: Hard to import documents

Im not that happy. First one, i thought there was an option for a tax professional support if stuck on sn issue. As I recall, that was available on a previous version of the software. 2) whe i click for help.on s topic, the font size can't be enlarged. It's too small.
