I have used this product for years, and filed my taxes on 3/29/22. When I received an e-mail that my return was accepted, I went to the software and it shows that I have not filed my return, and it had not updated the changes . This is a problem, what was filed? I have no idea now.

state downloads did not work had to call customer service. - update feature failed 6 times before it installed updated to enable e file bad software!!!
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It stop working and closed so many times.

I had no problem until my return for 2020. But i had too many problem when i do for 2021 especially state return was just disaster. It just stop working and closed the program itself. I wasted all my time and i will never buy this program next time.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Kept quitting unexpectedly!

I have a fairly simple return, but the software "quit unexpectedly" at least 10 times. It got so bad, I started hitting 'save' before I would hit 'next.' I've used your software for years and haven't had this trouble, so hopefully, it's a one-off for 2021.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

One large issue

I've used HRB for years and was happy that data from my brokerage could be easily imported. This year, that capability did not exist until 3/24, which severely limited my time to complete and file my return. Checking with my brokerage firm, they indicated the problem was with HRB, and that other similar tax software did have the capability.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It's easier than you might think

I've been using the H&R Block tax software for years and while this isn't my first rodeo, I think it's easy enough that first-timers can successfully navigate the process and save money while getting a top-notch tax preparation service.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!
