Never use to have problems with this tax program, but ever since they stopped sending the "Start up Disk," it's been nothing but problems. I've been using Block for years and years, but if these problems continue again next year, I'll return it and look for another company to deal with.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a Masters Degree and this was an extremely difficult program to understand and complete.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

The software greatly simplifies the annual tax ritual. I especially like how it can connect to a financial institution and download and enter data directly to the forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Easier to complete than the Turbo Tax product.

I gave up on Turbo Tax and bought this last night. I completed it in an hour. Great results.

Problems with progran

Program kept shutting down when I was in the middle of entering information. So, if I didn’t hit save every few minutes I would loose all info I entered. And at the end, every time I tried to enter electronic payment data, the program would shut down! So now, I have to mail in my form/payments.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
