Software really stinks

I got a message saying IRS had accepted my return but software shows different amounts now (yes I saved it before closing) and software says return not filed. What do I do now?
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use but be careful in Michigan

I've been using this software for years because it worked very well until last year when it failed to transfer a deductible amount to the proper place in my state for causing a Treasury review and a letter saying I owed thousands more than I should have. I correct the error and finally got my refund in August but, even after informing them with detailed information about the error, they still haven't fixed it. Fortunately, I was looking for it this year and corrected it before I filed. Errors like this shouldn't happen in tax software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

difficult to get started

when I finally entered the code, I got hr block business to download. however an app appeared on my laptop that worked when I opened it. after spending over an hour to get started it worked great. I never had this problem when you supplied a disc.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrific Software

I've been using H&R Block software for several years. I used a competitor's software before Block's and I was disappointed. Thanks for an easy to use and accurate product.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

H&R has a problem with form 8606

Form 8606 was incorrect and had to be manually corrected. I think this was due to the 2020 tax return when no RMDs were required.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
