I appreciate being able to download the desktop software, which my previous tax-software provider no longer offered. Everything worked pretty much as expected. My only complaint was it was unclear how to determine the amounts of estimated taxes fto pay for both state and federal over the coming year to avoid penalties.

Printouts missing information to submit. Was told to supplement my own documentation as the program had the information entered, but was not printing out. It was not a printer issue, but a defect. I was told to call the IRS to be able to know if the program had e-filed correctly even though it was "accepted." Zero confidence in this software at this point.

Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
