Great features, lousy software

I' used H&R Block software now for some dozen or so years and have always had great results, but for the second year in a row, your software does NOT install or update properly with MacOS, now O12.3.1/Monterey
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

POOR ABILITY TO LOG ON THROUGH MY YAHOO

I was unable to log on through yahoo , it didn't give me any clue what was wrong . I ended up updating google and then it went through . IN THE INSTRUCTIONS THIS SHOULD BE MENTIONED . I WASTED ALMOST 2 HRS TRYING TO FIGURE THIS OUT !

I got my refunds by Mid March. I wish there is a way to record it in the filings..

Overall, I was very satisfied with the tax software. However, two areas gave me a problem: the verify process of the Finish step of the Federal tab seemed to have me in a loop - nothing wrong, but I had to go through it several times before it finally finished; the PDF Printer option for storing the file on my pc just didn't work, and it wasn't clear to me what folder to look in to find it (it would help to display the location that I was supposed to find it in).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I am 72, this is the first time I used efile, it was seamless and easy, thank you. I wish you had a button to print the page that shows the confirmation from the IRS for my records though. I had to use a screen shot.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Very hard to read

The font should be larger as some people have failing eye-site. the current font seems like you would need a magnifying glass to read which would be very difficult to do while completing the forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
