No Continuity From Year to Year

I shouldn't need to enter demographic data if there were no changes from the previous year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

When e-filing the process appeared to be incomplete so I went thru the process again and ended up submitting 3 times. The software should not allow this to happen. I’m very disappointed

I used this program from previous years and I am very satisfied. I have recommended it to others and would recommend it to anyone even if they may a mininum understanding of computers. The greatest feature is the ability to import basic information from the previous year returns to the current year returns.

I bought H&R Block Deluxe 2021 about 2 hours ago and just submitted both my Federal and State Tax forms online! H&R was able to use my forms from last year to minimize the data I needed to enter! Their helpful suggestions guided me throughout the process! Thanks H&R!

Have been using HRBlock software for more than 15 years. Always accurate and reliable. It's really easy when you can import your last filing into a new one and in a few minutes you're done.
