Pretty Good

Most everything works well and is easy to follow. However, if there is a problem it takes several years for H&R Block to fix it. Example, I recommended putting the SAVE button at the top so you can save it as you go rather than at the end or in the pull down tab. After several years of requesting, it was done. Also, for some reason, my state program is either not listed or downloaded previously but will not open to prepare the state taxes. This has happened a few times over the years. Each time I have to call and get another state download at no cost. Frustrating!

Some problems

Fed rejected return. They said 2020 AGI didn’t match! They were wrong. Put in “0” and was accepted 2nd time. Unfortunately was charged twice for efiling state return, which should be refunded, please.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No way to pay electronically if you have to file by paper.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

2021 Print Quality stinks

I have used this software for years. This year it produces faint print pages whether pdf or ftom the printer. Nearly unusable. I have tried multiple printers with the same poor result.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this program is easy to maneuver without a lot of skills this program is user friendly and ask the right questions and answers are there.

Easy to understand navigation

I just filed my Fed. & State taxes here on recommendation from my daughter and I am SO glad I did. I felt the process was very thorough and easy to follow. It felt like I had somebody with me as I went along to be sure I was doing it right. The explanation pages available were also very helpful. The program is written in a very friendly manner.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Issue with 1095-A

There was an issue when someone does have a market place and it still asks for 1095-A to be filled.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
