When the tax season starts you cannot use this software unless your just doing a standard single tax return. Every year when tax season starts you have to wait a week for the software update. If you do a return with multiple states it will only submit one

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

This used to be a good program, but this is the second year in a row where the software miscalculated my federal refund and I received notification from the government that they had to make adjustments.

I checked my return before efiling and everything was in order on the PDF yet something fell apart in transmision and I did not get my refund applied to iBonds. extremely disappointed.
