The program crashed multiple times, requiring redoing sections of the return. In both of the last two years, the IRS found errors in the return.

Nickles ans dimes you and doesn't help you when you have questions. No matter how many times it says free or that it includes state, you always need to fork over even more to efile. All tax software sucks, but at least I thought I could get help with this one
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
