I've used this program for over 10 years. It's the best program for the money, and will never switch (I've used the much more expensive competitor product, which offered nothing more other than higher prices). Easy to use.

I have used this product for over a decade and have found it very easy to use. With that be said, my taxes have always been pretty straight forward.
There are a couple of things I would like to see added to the software. First, I would like to see it organize all of my previous tax filings into one comprehensive folder. Every subsequent install would use that folder deleting unneeded files before installing the new version. Finally, upon filing .pdf versions would automatically saved to a history sub folder so you did not need to keep old versions on my computer.

Have used this software for years. It is easy to use and has usually been right on the money. This year was different. It showed that I had no errors....but the IRS said I did and kicked it back. The only difference in my return was the stimulus checks. Needless to say, I have to pay big time. I don't think the software actually had updates that included the stimulus - and I updated the software and filed late.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Wasn't quite as good as the online I had used for several years. I did an import, but, it didn't seem like it caught everything, so, I had to manually enter stuff from last years. Also, wasn't as good as online was for 100' of stock transactions
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
