Great software, loading on my computer was poor

The software is excellent. I had trouble loading it onto my new computer. It said "loading" for about an hour. I called your help desk. He said it was my computer. I said that is BS, everything on my new computer works perfectly except for this software! He gave me a reset and it worked. It took me an hour just to get started.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
