No support if a question arises. Had several major problems. Had to start over several times. Could not get more than one pension in. At end couldn’t file electronically. Frustrating experience.

I used Turbo Tax for years and decided to try H&R Block Deluxe instead a few years ago. H&R Block software is so much easier to use and understand. It takes a lot less time and it is less expensive. I have had no problems with my tax returbns since I started using it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
