Have used the H&R Block software for decades and will continue to do so. I would normally give it a 5 star rating but have backed off one for this year. I had some challenges with customer service - long waits and incorrect information being shared.

i DID WELL FOLOWING THROUGH THE PROGRAM, ALTHOUGH IT some parts were confusing, but the ending listed an error that it would not let me fix. There fore I could not e-file because of it. I had to mail it.

Well I used it for 3 years now. Never had a problem, till this year. It was sent in that night it was approved. Three days later I got an email saying 3 to 5 days I would have my tax return. It’s now 3 months later and I still don’t have my tax return.

Good program, better than the "TT" any day. As always, special cercimstance can be a pain, but that is the government's only real goal in our taxes as they already have ALL the info on your taxes BEFORE you submit your taxes..
