I thought it was good and I was able to use it, however my dad had issues with the wording and things didn't go well, but over all it was good, but we need to be able to be able to use more copies for other PC like we could be before

I've had a problem two years in a row. I have two Schwab Brokerage accounts, one for my wife and one for me. When I try to download the composite 1099 form, it asks me to log in first. I can download the form for one account, but it does not let me download the second 1099 form. So, I have to enter all the transactions manually, very time consuming. I tried to notify you of the problem, but never heard back.

After the first year (which requires inputting a fair amount of information) most if not all of basic data is transferred, making the process much quicker.
