On federal 2020 year it incorrectly carried over unused charitable contributions from more than 5 years ago, causing an error in tax owed and a big IRS hassle.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

23 year user (since 1999). The software is easy to use, and saves a lot of effort by pre-filling from previous years. Sadly, I couldn't use the "free" electronic submission because I needed to provide an obscure, (meaningless) form--so the value this year was muted by that lack fo savings.

Great product, When I used Tax software I always used H&R Block Tax software with both federal and state programs i wouldn't except or trust anything else.

I would absolutely recommend this tax software. I’ve been using it faithfully for years and have zero complaints. I used to use a different one but it glitched on me and I couldn’t get any help and had to do it over with different software. This software. I’ve been a customer every year since. There is a peace of mind knowing that there is help a phone call away if I need it. I haven’t. But it’s nice to know.

Would not work. Despite downloading a transcript from the government confirming our AGI it kept rejecting our federal return and consequently our state return. So we had to mail in paper returns. And we needed a second state and had to purchase that extra. Never again.
