Program called up additional covid relief funding which we did not have the dependents to qualify for. IRS sent up yours letter, still haven't gotten the reduced refund

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Been easy to use over 15+ years. I did have a different situation come up this year needing help with that I couldn’t figure out on my own. It was a long, long wait on the phone to get assistance, but a nice lady walked me thru the forms I neede to fill out to finish my Fed. return.

using this software for 2021 was horrible. They did not have their software updated for SS as did others. NOT a release problem from the IRS, just sloppy coding by this company
