Although i was satisfied with the Federal software, i was very frustrated that i was unable to file my Maryland returns electronically for two years in a row! It was bad enough last yeat, but the glitch wasn't fixed a year later was unconscionable.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
