Not easy to navigate. I know the tax laws are constantly changing and becoming more complex, but for crying out loud, tell me how I can avoid paying the IRS every year!
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare

Windows version works well, but Mac version failed me miserably on my tax day with a software bug (kept crashing right after W2 was all entered). Had to buy Windows version at the end, so it cost me double.

The product cost the right amount to do my taxes which as not to complex, but does have investments and retirement considerations. For the most part it walks you through what needs to be completed based off the questions it presents for each tax consideration

We have used this for years, but I think not any more. Our refund was weeks late because the return was wrong based on pandemic stimulus credits. It is also notoriously hard to upload previous years info. I’ll be switching to TurboTax next year.
