The tax program did not carry through information from the worksheet to the return. I called Block about it. They agreed there was an issue and they were supposed to get back to be about resolving it but they never did

While the software calculated the return, it would not transmit it electronically to the IRS. I had to file a paper return in February and have not received my refund yet.
