The software is simple to use, but sometimes the government's changes can be botched. Such as the economic give aways are problematic and the capability to have questions answered is difficult; it would be nice to have the ability to talk to a real person to straighten out a lack of understanding. The logic of the tax forms escapes me.
Pros: Easy to import documents

The IRS REDUCED THE AMOUNT OF OUR REFUND, SAID THAT AN INCOME CREDIT WAS CALCULATED INCORRECTLY.
