Handling of railroad retirement tier 1 and 2 is confusing. Inability to download software after a Win 10 reset is really irritating. A Win 10 update trashed my system and the only way to repair was to wipe and start over! You need to create a package that works with LINUX. The only reason I have not switched to Linux is no tax software.

Cons: Hard to prepare

Disappointed in not being able to download Schwab before submitting taxes. Always used this software and never had this problem before. Will change next year unless this problem is fixed.

I have used H&R Block software to do my taxes for many years and I have always given 5 stars. But this year even though my state tax return seemed to be properly done and audited by the software, I had to pay an additional small amount, because they found an error.
