Financial data import didn’t work and poor support

We bought H&R Block tax software to make doing our taxes easier and less stressful. Last year, neither of those 2 things happened. 2 big complaints:
1) Your software didn’t allow us to import our financial data from Charles Schwab.
2) Your customer support was not good. They couldn’t give us a date when you would have your software fixed and they told us to manually input the data. That’s absolutely ridiculous. We had way too much information to input and the main reason we bought the software was for the financial data import feature. Not good!

If you have all of your information and you follow the interview questions in the software it is an easy process. It will walk you through the forms. The e-file is also easy and the fastest way to get your taxes filed.
