Inability to Direct Import Charles Schwab Sch D

While I find your H&R Block tax preparation software to much more error free than Turbo Tax, I was very disappointed with the fact that the 2021 tax preparation software could not import financial investment transactions directly from Charles Schwab until about 10 days before the IRS tax filing deadline this year. I am sure I am not the only customer who became exasperated by manually having to input each singular investment transaction into your software this year if you wanted to get your tax return filed by the end of March 2022.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Easy to use and allow you to see forms in progress at anytime. Doesn’t try to up-sell as much as the competitors. Excellent value for money if don’t need to file more than 1 state.

I would go up to 5 stars if you would expand the file formats you accept from financial institutions. Mine use CSV so I have to enter everything manually which has the potential of errors.
