Production of reports and lack of clarity in some.

The product doesn’t print its reports well which results in sloppy reports.
Some of the instructions need to be clearer.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare

Product easy to use. When I had a new laptop and lost my previous year's program, H&R Block allowed me re-enter last year's tax data from a saved pdf file of my return.

Easy to use once downloaded. For those of us without internet that poses a problem. Please bring back the cd for downloading. At least make it an option or make the program downloadable through a hot spot.
