The software worked well. The only downside was that it did nit import my data from an HRB office prepared return the previous year.

Software is extremely intuitive and the description for when to use or not use a particular claim are detailed and extremely beneficial. I definitely feel H&R Block software is a fantastic tool for those interested in doing their own federal and state income tax return paperwork.

I have been using this software for about 40 years without disappointment. I will continue to use the product because is helpful enough for some in their high 80's.

Filing your taxes shouldn't be difficult and H&R Block software makes it easy. It simply asks you a series of questions, like "did you receive a W2 from an employer?" It you did you import it or type in the details. I've let my kids help me it's that simple.

I have recommended it. I switched from TurboTax a long time ago. Why - because Block was cheaper and it still is. I avoid the “free filing” claims. I want to be able to keep my return stored on my pc and not somewhere else where I do not have easy access. My only con would be the cost of an additional state download. It cost more than the original deluxe plus state software that I preorder each year.
