I've been using H&R Block software for more than ten years. This current year is definitely the last one. While overall calculation is still OK, there are small details and rather convoluted input dialogs that caused me to call customer service, which had never happened before.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Couldn't download schwab or ally bank when I got the software and it took a couple of months before you worked it out. That time frame put me under the gun to be able to file in time.

Pretty good on the tax prep part, but actually had to snail mail file, as the software was unable to properly identify myself and my wife to the IRS.
