Ive been using H&R Block for over 15 years, ive spoke to a rep, ive chated thur the online help, and i highly recommend. Easy to use and the program help you through each section or skip it and do it yourself. I ve used the small business tax program too. Great!

I’ve used this same software for the past 15 years. The product is excellent but is starting to fall behind the times as it lacks robust crypto asset features.

Deluxe software is very good. It's really a giant Excel spreadsheet that's easy to use & navigate. U would do well to add a "zoom" feature for eyes that are older or otherwise impaired. I used this software for many yrs. Would be neat advertising for u.

It had everything I needed. One frustration I encountered is trying to find where an entry came from... sometimes I end up frustrated because I can't find it. Also, some questions, terms and other items are hard to understand and I have to ask my brother, a CPA.

Easy to use. Some questions during entry require more explanation. But that is because of the complicated tax laws. Like that you can chat with someone, if you have tax related questions.
