I'm not sure I'm going to go with h&r block software this year because you cannot import tax data from Franklin Templeton investments.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Although I have not used H~R Block for no less than 15 years because of two reasons:
1. I am a federal employee and my taxes are done free each year.
2. H~R Block fees are very expensive.
However I respect the tax company as the most well known and qualified tax company in America.
