I've been using the tax software for several years now. I found it easy to use and have not encountered any problems whatsoever with my tax returns. Software works great and I highly recommend it.

I've been using H&R software for several years and it's worked fine for the most part. This year it asked if I had gotten a third stimulus check which I did not. Once filed I got a nasty gram from the IRS saying I didn't qualify and I owe x amount.
I think this software is fine for basic tax returns like I usually have but I'm not sure how good it is for special circumstances but I will probably continue to use them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

This is the second year the E-filing to the I.R.S. has failed to complete. H&R Block's program seems to not provide a clear way to help fix rejections without charging more for "assistance". So I might get my tax refund sometime in August.(Maybe)
