I had many difficulties downloading the applications and program that it became very frustrating. I used 3 different computers before I could get it to work. Never had this problem with a CD and online help was not very beneficial. I don't think I'll be using it any longer
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Tax program is extremely easy to use, however I have been unable to e-file for the the past 2 years. The support while I was trying to e-file was very poor. I was very disappointed with the lack of support.

Program does not allow optimized treatment of deductions on underpayment form (can not provide either std or itemized deduction per quarter).
For last 2 years (maybe 3) program would not allow federal filing, would not provide feds with proper "last years AGI" or "spouses AGI" (no such thing as a spouses agi on a joint return). Had to paper file.
