The software is easy to use and easy to navigate through different IRS forms. The one drawback is the lateness encountered for importing from some well known and highly used investments firms. The manual input vs the importing leads to many potential errors. Usually the software can import before filing deadline.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
