The software is easy to use. I especially like the feature that checks your return to see if there is any reason to believe your return might result in an audit (mine never has).

I have been using this software for over 20 years. Just go through the questions and before you know it you are finished. I then file electronically and receive confirmation within a day that the returns (federal and state) have been received.

I've used it twice, and I've had problems both times. The first year there was a bug that made a huge calculation error, and it took forever to get it fixed. The second time I wasn't able to file electronically and had to print an mail my return. What a pain!

Makes completing forms for investment income, capital gains, iras, much easier. Also does a great job of importing previous year’s data. You still need to be mindful and read the irs publications regarding you risk errors. I’ve used the software for many years now.
