As a software package, it is still very easy to use despite my changing tax status after having retired. I appreciate all of the drop-down menu help features as well as the continuing status of what is owed. It is fast, reliable and reasonably priced.
However, it has changed. When I first started using the software several years ago, live, expert advice was available (to me, as a software subscriber). Now, however, that feature is no longer available. It was that feature that made the software so much more desirable than other brands. Now, that's not the case and it is a significant diminution, in my opinion.

Super easy to use, I’ve been using it for almost a decade now. The one year I used TurboTax instead it took me twice as long and I didn’t trust to results so went out and got H&R Block too, it caught more possible deductions.

Solid tax software that could improve by providing more tax scenario questions. Also, NJ state software needs improvement as there are situations that are taxed in NJ but not Federal and some pages print with blurred/overlapping text
