I was happy with the federal return and completed with no problems. However, the Missouri State return was unable to complete properly because the form had no way of adding the deduction of Real Estate taxes paid in the state of Missouri without printing and Mailing in the Tax return.
Why was that a problem? Please explain!

Been using H&R's download for several years, primarily because the program is had been using became to pricey for my liking. This years version of Block's program was not nearly as efficient. It felt much more complicated than years past. Difficult to find answers. I just didn't find the ease and confidence I've had in the past.

Good software, easy to use. The way we pay taxes is ridiculous. Paying the government should not require paying for sophisticated software and paying more to process the payment. Nothing in the process is beneficial to the tax payer.
