I suffer isn't that great and not as intuitive as it could be or as turbotax is. A lot of times it does checks and then you have to go back through and fill out stuff on the form and the AI is useless at answering any of your questions. It doesn't break down terms and definitions into language a normal person can understand.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wasted three hours of my life while filling out form 5695 Residential Energy Credits, line 20 a that required the "Qualified Manufacturer Identification Number".
It would have been so simple if your instructions for Form 5695 had told me to go to the Window Manufacturer's web site to get THEIR specific QMIN.
Overall, interview process for Form 5695 was weak.
Cons: Time consuming

the online help services really made this a terrible experience. i wasted a lot of time. thankfully, i could use AI chat tools to address my questions. in addition, you need improvement with the software navigation as it relates to handing the nuisances of RSUs, ESPP and NQSOs. Thirdly, K1 filings left me feeling less confident regarding proper tax filing for equities based limited partnerships. Your software seems to set preference for real estate based LPs.
