I've used H&R Block Deluxe since it came on the market. It's interface and format are user friendly -- I just answer the questions it poses. Updates are downloaded as soon as they are available from the IRS and/or the state. Prior year data is imported into each new year. The five free efiles that come with it are a very welcome. I've never had an issue with this software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Pretty easy to use and very cost competitive. I do wish that the GUI was easier to navigate and that seeing your return was easier but other than that it is a good solid product
