Purchased on line and was billed for 3 copies. Had to call customer service to try and get it corrected. I got a credit for one copy on my credit card. After a few weeks I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. A week later the charge was removed from my account. Will probably go to TurboTax net year.

No code was emailed to activate the first purchase. Their help is nonexistent. Had to purchase a second software and fight with my credit card to get the first unusable one refunded in order to just file on time. And the software misled me on a critical deduction.I’ve been notified by the IRS already about how much more I owe as a result. This year’s HR Block experience was abysmal

I have used H&R Block software for many years and have never had any problems with it whatsoever. It uses a question-and-answer type format and is very easy to use. I highly recommend H&R Block.
