Decent, but caused an audit and penalties from IRS

The software seems mostly user friendly, but it handled my mortgage interest wrong which led to an audit and penalties from the IRS for my 2020 returns. I eagle eyed that section for 2021, but still had to go out to the IRS website to get the details right. The H&R Block software still would have led me astray on my mortgage interest deductions. Sad that I need to know the tax laws enough to accommodate the software that is meant to accommodate me.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Download version Fed and State: Easy to install, imports data from previous year, helpful hints throughout, e-file or print to mail. Have been using H&R for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Poor interface, both textually and graphically. Many buttons are not intuitively placed and the instructions are not clear.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
