Works as expected, with one exception for the 2021 Mac OS product. I could not get printing to work AT ALL on Mac OS Monterey. All attempts resulted in only the upper left-hand portion of pages printed, with an extreme zoom-in (font was huge). I had to install the software on a system running the Catalina version of Mac OS in order to print my return. There's also the aggravation of the upcharge in order to actually e-file the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I went to an actual brick and mortar location before i used the home software. Then i used that years tax preparation as a guide for the next year to complete my current tax using the H&R Block Online Software. I wanted to see if i could get the same results. My tax deductions/income did not change between using the "store" versus "online" option, therefore i was able to see that i was doing my taxes correctly. Been using the online option now without any problems.

It's really simple to use and very efficient. I love using the software the only down fall is every time I have tried to use customer support, they tell me they can't help me. They usually tell me to call the IRS. I can't even get a copy of my original tax forms I submitted using the software. (I accidently changed the document on my computer). So like I said, the software is wonderful, I will use it again. If you need anything as far as assistance is concerned, you may find yourself very limited as to what they can help you with.
