I have used your software for Many, many years. I trust the accuracy and ease of use. This past year I experienced a problem that was really frustrating. I prepare My tax return as well as my ex-husbands, my two adult children, and now three of my adult grandchildren. Unfortunately, you only allow 5 free e-files with the purchase of the software. The info from the software said that I could purchase additional e-files, and I tried to do this, but the software kept telling me that I had reached my limit and there was no way to e-file, that I would need to print my return and mail it in. I finally went on line to your on-line, free e-file site and reentered all information and was able to file both the federal AND state forms for free on the two returns that I still needed to file. It did occur to me that I probably could have prepared all seven of the returns on your FREE e-file site (they are all simple returns) and not had to pay any federal OR STATE fees for any of them......... Just a thought.... As a side note, I truly appreciate the free on-line e-file site, and I sincerely THANK YOU for making tax filing season so much easier and more affordable. I recommend H & R Block to ALL my friends.

I like how easy it is to use H&R Block Deluxe tax software, and how it walks you through filling out your tax forms. If there is one thing I'm not entirely satisfied with, it is the lack of any explanation about some of the terms and options in the program. I'm not a financial person, and don't know all the jargon. So, there are some areas in the software where I'm not entirely sure what it is asking for or what I need to do (or if I even need to worry about it). I always manage to get through the filing process, but there is sometimes a lingering concern that maybe there was something I didn't do quite correctly. The software does its best to ensure everything is done right, but much of that is just based on my responses to the interview questions.
