i have been using for years and in the last couple of years I have had issues with it filling last years info. this year it changed my social and it did not put in last years AGI. cannot be depended on anymore

IRS reject efile return with a confusing reason.

Verified Purchase:Yes
Your program says may return has been checked and is ready to go. Sent efile and IRS keeps rejecting it saying my spouse's 1924 AGI or PIN does not match. We filed jointly so the AGI is the same. What is going on? Your AI help chat is no help.
Cons: Time consuming

I am meticulous with updates and this year was no exception. I was ready to finish my return and submit to IRS and state. Program requested fee for state return submission then after it was entered the program requested that I update again? I updated without any transmission of returns only to return to the payment request screen for a second time - I had to pay again in order to transmit my returns. Big hassle.

Cons: Hard to prepare
