Very good value for the price. Generally straight forward in operation, with mostly good instructions. The program makes it very easy to submit to the IRS. In the past, I tried the main competition, but this is better. My suggestion to improve this program is to make the text larger. Less than half the screen is used, the rest blank. Fine for 20 year olds, but not so good for older folks.

In order to file electronically, I had to enter my previous year’s AGI value. Even though I entered the proper value, it was not accepted for electronic filing and I checked also the IRS site which also had the same value. (PS I have been filing with HRB now for a number of years). So was disappointed that I had to mail in my return.
